Central Instrument Laboratory
The Institute has a Central Instrument Laboratory to make MGIP as a centre for research excellence sophisticated analytical instruments such as  HPLC, GC, HPTLC, IR Spectrophotometer, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, High Vacuum Driers, Centrifuges, Rotary Evaporators and several other be handled by the students.

Industrial Pharmaceutics Laboratory (Pilot Plant)
A state-of-the-art infrastructure will be developed for a variety of dosage forms. It will includes various equipments like PamGlatt Fluid bed processor, Rapid mixer granulator, cGMP 12 station multi tooling compression machine, coating pan and stability cabinets

Animal House facility
The Central Animal House of MGIP caters to the needs of laboratory animals for experiments, practical examinations and research programmes of various departments. The proposed facility has a capacity to house 100 Albino rats, mice andrabbits. The laboratory animals are housed in air-conditioned room and provided with standard animal feed. Facilities for in-house preclinical-pharmacological experimental work are also available.
